My curiosity and fascination for nature and discovering the mysteries the world holds for us make me a passionate Chemistry student. However, I aspire to be more than that: I volunteer for many organisations in the fields of education, culture and environment, willing to be a part of the change humanity needs in order to evolve and survive. My creative side is nurtured by my love of literature - I have a review blog as well as a blog where I share my own creations.

My tutoring approach is to always rationalise chemical facts by using physical principles that, when it comes to chemistry, are usually intuitive and don't need a very rigurous mathematical approach (even though this can be done too for students that prefer this way of teaching).

In my 11th and 12th grades, I have received the responibility of supporting and helping the 9th and 10th grade students in my high school that were studying the same subjects as me. This is a well-estabilished tradition in my high school. This responsibility also involved tutoring them in various subjects: chemistry, computer science, physics and mathematics. As I participated in many national and international science olympiands, I acquired both experience and information that are necessary to perform in this area so I am always available to organise tutoring sessions for other students that want to follow the same path and need guidance. These are not regular sessions, but have had a great impact in my way of teaching, because it has become a both-way process, as the questions these students ask me challenge me and make me think more in depth about the desceibed phenomena.

            Literature, psychology, volunteering.
