I have recently just finished my 4 year Master of Chemistry degree at Oxford University. I really enjoy my degree and especially in physical chemistry. My favourite topics include thermodynamics and statistical mechanics. I'm born in China but i moved to Singapore when i was 10. I received high distinction from NUS High School of Maths and Science graduated major with honours in Chemistry, Biology and Physics. As a result I received an offer to study chemistry from Oxford University and I even gained admissions to prestigious US universities such as UC Berkeley and UCLA. I'm going to start doing a PhD/DPhil in Engineering sciences from the University of Oxford.

            I believe in developing an interest for learning mandarin for my students. Discussing subjects that best suited their interest in Mandarin will be the most efficient way to learn. Also introducing my students to books and even engaging Chinese literature like 红楼梦 will definitely make learning fun and effective.

            I have been tutoring since I was in secondary school in Singapore. I tutored mainly Chinese, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from secondary school till A-level.

            I enjoy reading, going on long walks and cooking with friends.
