After attending The Tiffin Girls' School, I am now a finalist at St Catherine's College, Oxford, reading History. I will then embark on a career in law at Allen & Overy upon completing my degree where I have been offered a Training Contract. I'd describe myself as a well rounded and ambitious student, with a passion for learning and meeting new people.
As a Peer Supporter at St Catherine's College, I have 40 hours counselling and listening training, a key skill which has allowed me to foster a relaxed and focused approach to learning tailored to the style of each student.
I have tutored various age groups for four years. My experience ranges from working with 11-16 year olds building up to GCSE English and Maths, as well as coaching sixth formers for A-Level English and History. I also have experience in coaching for UCAS applications and Oxbridge entry.
I am Managing Director of a publishing house at Oxford University, overseeing all the business within the company which consists of five publications including the university's most popular newspaper. I'm also a keen sports player, participating in Netball, Tennis, Yoga and Ski-ing.
