Hi! I'm a second year architecture student at Churchill College, Cambridge. I took the full IB curriculum with an additional AP Biology class, graduating as Valedictorian with 43 points and a 5 in AP. I scored 777 for my Higher Levels - Visual arts, Chemistry, and Mathematics - and an A for my Extended Essay. I would be happy to help with IB subject preparation and writing EE in Visual arts. In terms of university applications, I offer guidance on personal statements, portfolios, and interviews.
Maximizing your knowledge to achieve high IB results is a technique. My IB curriculum lessons are based on learning and identifying essential content, approaching unfamiliar questions using basic knowledge, and presenting answers coherently for examiners. For your extended essay, feel free to ask advice on anything from choosing a prompt to refining your content. My tutoring approach for university applications differs slightly. It's about provoking intrigue. With regards to personal statements, I offer advice on refining drafts and adding the subtle touch to make your text unique as well as informative. For portfolio guidance, l help select variety and quantity of content, in addition to the means of presenting it. For interview preparation, I provide articles and sample questions to practice creating dialogue, and offer advice on responding flexibly to unfamiliar topics. I encourage my students to reflect on their own experiences with different perspectives. An everyday instance can become extraordinary.
I have taught Art and English to disadvantaged middle school children in New Delhi. I have also volunteered for Child Fund NGO as an assistant teacher for local primary schools in Kiboga, Uganda.
I'm an arts and decoration officer for the Churchill Spring Ball committee this year, as well as an active member of the Cambridge University Science Society. Otherwise, I love to boulder, bake, and create illustrations for my blog.
