Hi! I'm Michael, a final year student at Keble College, Oxford. I'm studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, hoping to do a PhD in Economics after graduation.     I'm originally from Boston, Massachusetts (and I applied to American Universities, so I'm very familiar with the SAT and so on) but have lived in London for the last 10 years. I did SAT II World History, Literature, Math Level 2, and Physics, and received a National Merit Scholarship for my SAT score; on top of these, I did Maths, Further Maths, History (Pre-U), and Economics to A level, and Physics to AS.      I've been tutoring for more than 5 years now, across a whole range of subjects. I also regular volunteer to tutor refugees in English.

            

            -500 Hours over five years tutoring English and Maths, including as a Principal Tutor for the Oxford Educational Partnership  -250 Hours over five years volunteering, both as a teaching assistant in local schools and tutoring refugees through Jacari  -One Month teaching English to children at Nation Builders Orphanage, Ghana (self-fundraised)  -Three Weeks teaching English to children in Shanghai (self-fundraised, winner of Fung Scholarship)
