I am currently in my 4th year at the University of Oxford pursuing an MEng in Engineering Science with my Masters research dissertation focusing on variability in the brain.
As I tutor both physics and mathematics, I have found it far more effective to tutor by covering a concept and in the same lesson, cover exam style questions, that I will have prepared in advance, on the covered topics. This is very effective I feel, as at A-Level standard, a lot of the questions are simply adaptations of those found in previous years.
2015-2017: I have been a private tutor now for two years, tutoring a range of students in both maths and physics alongside helping four students apply and receive offers from Oxford. 2011-2014 I taught GCSE R.S. for three years at a local Saturday school to a cohort of 20 year 10 students and managed to maintain a greater than 90% A* to A rate.
At university I play Squash and Fives and very much enjoy swimming, tennis and football.
