Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm 23 years old and graduated from St Anne's College with a 2.i in French and Italian (Medieval and Modern Languages) in 2015. Since then, I was awarded a scholarship by St Anne's College which took me to Kyushu, Japan to spend a year learning Japanese. I love travel, reading and adventures. I came from a state school and was only the second person in my family to attend university. I didn't receive a great deal of support from my school as I applied to university and really benefitted from speaking to other students when applying to study languages, especially when applying to Oxford! I had a wonderful, eye-opening time at Oxford and loved my subject - I'm happy to help with any subject related tutoring or general university mentoring.

I aim to provide efficient, effective tutoring, as and when required. I recognise that everyone's needs are individual and will tailor my teaching accordingly. I remember how stressful the university-application stage can be, and as well as providing help and tutoring, above all I will supply support and encouragement - a happy, motivated student is a successful student! I can provide adivce with personal statements, interview preparation, oral exams and literature tuition for French/ Italian.

I have a wealth of teaching experience in the UK, France and Japan. I am used to teaching languages and have recently tutored French to a Japanese student. I have worked as a student-mentor in the past and as a proof-reader for an internationally ranked buiness school during my year abroad.

I love sports, being outdoors and travelling. I also love reading and learning new skills!
