I am a doctor who attended University College London where I was consistently awarded merits and distinctions. I also have a First Class Neuroscience BSc from UCL and was placed on the Dean`s List for my BSc. I achieved 4A*s at A Level in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
I try to tailor my teaching to each individual student by assessing the student’s knowledge of the subject matter at the start of every session. This builds students’ confidence in their own ability and allows me to pitch the subject matter at the right level. I also believe in highly interactive sessions so try to split my sessions into short teaching segments followed by questions that are meant to help students apply basic principles to more advanced questions. To keep students engaged and interested, I often associate the material to real life situations and use visual aids.
I have experience teaching medical students from Oxford, UCL, Bristol and Glasgow universities aclinical and pr-clinical medicine. Outside of medicine, I have also helped university students with academic reading and writing . I have also tutored students from Highgate, Francis Holland and King Alfred schools in London A Level and GCSE Maths, Physics and Biology.
